Health and Wellness Coaching 1 session
Service Description
Certified by the Dr. Sear's Wellness institute, I offer a personalized one-on-one coaching on all aspects of health & wellness tailored to your specific situation. Your first (complimentary) session is an intake session to talk about your needs and how coaching might benefit you. I believe that success is the greatest motivator, so we will design a program of small, manageable steps to get you where you want to be: happier and healthier!
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Please make every effort to schedule sessions on a date and time that works for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide a full 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 48hrs or no-show, all monies paid into that session will be forfeited. Refunds: monies paid into sessions that are canceled 48hrs in advance will be applied as credit to a subsequent session. If you do not reschedule a session within 30 days, I will refund your payment when 30 days have lapsed. If you opt for the 12 session package and you are dissatisfied with my service, you are entitled to a full refund by the 3rd session, however no refunds will issued after the 3rd session in regards to the 12 session package. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Any other packages once began will not be subject to any refunds and all monies paid into that package will be forfeited if the client decides to not resume the service provided.
