Do you have trouble staying focused when you’re trying to study? Are you not sure how to adapt to college life? Do you often feel overwhelmed or over scheduled? Do you struggle with missing all those important due dates? Do you often feel panicked before or on test days? Do you find yourself feeling like there’s no time for fun? Are you sometimes feeling down, scared, or overwhelmed? Can you simply not get it all done?
Having been a student, teacher, and completing graduate school while working full time, I understand the many challenges involved in balancing a busy workload. As a mom who currently has three kids in college, I am very familiar with the high expectations of students and how quickly these expectations can make a student feel as if they will never measure up.
One of my passions is working with young adults to support you on your journey of autonomy and independence. My work with students revolves around building confidence, mastering time management, and establishing balance between work and play.
